RECEPTION CENTER FOR CHECK IN

Our office has moved! The CondoLux office is located at 311 17th Avenue South in the City of North Myrtle Beach (be careful not to confuse this with the northern section of Myrtle Beach). Take note of the green avenue markers at each stop light. If you are traveling north on Highway 17, take a right on 17th Avenue South and look for our office on the right just before Ocean Boulevard. Traveling south on Highway 17 or Highway 9 to 17, take a left on 17th Avenue South and look for our office on the right just before Ocean Boulevard. Click here for our location on Google Maps.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

Myrtle Beach Condo Rentals: A down payment of $500 is required for summer reservations, i.e., June, July, and August. A $300 down payment is required for off-season reservations (all other months). A down payment of $100 is required from each golfer per golf package. Down payments are due within 10 days of making reservations by personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file to be presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $300 at check in. Final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival, but credit cards cannot be used to make the final payment—we accept personal, certified, or cashiers checks only for final payment.

Myrtle Beach Beach Home Rentals: A down payment of 30 percent is required for all home rentals all seasons and is due within 10 days of making the reservation. We accept personal checks, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file and presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $500 at check in. MINIMUM STAY POLICY

Condo Rentals: Minimum stay of 5 nights is required for summer months (June, July, and August) with check in Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. All other months, minimum stay of 4 nights is required.

House Rentals: Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for summer months (June, July, and August) with check in Saturday only. All other months, minimum stay of 5 nights is required with check in Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, which provides full coverage for cancellations, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arriv balance (if paid in full in advance) is withheld if the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date. No money will be refunded for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Departure cleaning and linen rental (for baths and beds) are included in all reservations with the exception of winter monthly rentals. Sleeper sofa linens are also provided free of charge and may be picked up at check in. Additional housekeeping packages (3-day minimum) may be purchased at the following rates: 1 bedroom/$20 per day; 2 bedrooms/$30 per day; 3 bedrooms/$40 per day; 4 bedrooms/$50 per day; more than 4 bedrooms/$75 per day.

INSPECTION FEE

A departure inspection fee will be added to all rentals: 1 bedroom/$40; 2 bedrooms/$50; 3 bedrooms/$60; 4 bedrooms/$70; all homes/$100

STUDENTS

No Student rentals – Sorry! CondoLux reserves the right to rent to adults aged 30 years or more.

PETS

Absolutely no pets of any kind permitted.

SMOKING

CondoLux properties are considered non-smoking—smoking permitted out doors only.

OFFICE HOURS

The CondoLux office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 5:30 pm; Saturday 9 am until 5 pm; and Sunday, 9 am until 3 pm.

LATE CHECK IN

A locked key box is located outside the front door of the CondoLux office – an envelope with your name on will be left inside. You must return to the CondoLux office the next day to complete your registration process. The combination for the key box will be provided with your confirmation.
